Both of us Guides - Kimberly Bailey and Marcia Purse - started on the South Beach Diet in July. But Kim caught a severe flu later that month, and Marcia had surgery in August, and we both got completely thrown off the diet by these and other events. So as of Monday, September 15, we are both starting over with Phase 1, and we're both going to share our daily journals with you.
