New York Magazine asks, “Are You Bipolar?” The cover story is written by Vanessa Grigoriadis who shares some of her personal experiences with this disorder. The lead reads, “Mild bipolar disorder may be to this decade what depression was to the nineties, thanks to a new drug and an expanding definition. But when do ordinary peaks and valleys become pathological?”

Erica, our Community Coordinator, writes, “New York Magazine is more interested in marketing ‘trend of the week’ than addressing serious and ongoing issues.
