Dr. Melissa C. Stöppler, the About Guide to Stress, writes, "The goal of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is 'cognitive restructuring' - in other words, changing the way we think. CBT trains the thought-behavior response cycle by reinforcing healthy, rational thinking and appropriate behavioral responses." Read more about CBT.
