This is a very important article. We all should be knowledgable about the medications we take. Mistakes could cost our healthy or even our life. When I go to the psyc doc, I now ask about each med I take: why I need it, what’s it’s purpose, the correct dosage, and even what family of drugs does it go under such as mood stabilizer, antipsychotic, antidepressant, etc… We have to be smarter about our meds to avoid errors. Plus, keeping a list of meds, dosages, and the reason we take them is very helpful when you need to go the emergency room or have other medical problems. Makes things easier and you don’t have to worry about trying to remember eveything. I agree also with including over the counter meds, vitimins and supplements. Glad to read about storing meds as well. Great article.
