I feel exactly the same way. I need help and cannot get any. my kids always come first and my house is a wreck. I can never complete anything. I just can’t sit in one place long enough. I run helter skelter through the day from crisis to crisis. Then I freak out on everyone because nothing is ever done…..
You look like my favorite sister. I am sorry you go thru what you described but your words ring so true. I feel I have lost so much and mostly who I was and who I could have been with my son and in relationships if bipolar disease had not stolen my life. Sabotage is definitely a word used a lot in my vocabulary. People think I give up too easily on projects, work, etc… Why anyone would even entertain the idea I’d want my life like this, is beyond comprehension. Who would CHOOSE to live like this?
