BD is a major problem. It makes you feel sensitive and self oriented all the time.

BD is a disorder which makes me selfish, as I am so busy caring for myself and my disorder I cannot help others.

Bipolar takes control of your life. Many family (including spouses) do not understand what you are going through and why times get tough. Sometimes it makes you feel lazy as if you are unable to contribute to others.
