Revelation

A radio program got me thinking about my behavior, playing computer games for hours on end while ignoring responsibilities like cleaning house and paying the bills. As I listened and thought, I came to an understanding of the cause of this behavior that was a real revelation to me. Is it bipolar depression or perhaps something else entirely?
