Two-Month Eating Marathon Has Begun
Increased carb cravings and overeating are common this time of year as seasonal depression and holiday stress settle in. And it sure doesn’t help to have all of these social events crammed with sweets and goodies. I don’t know about you, but I find that creamy dips and crunchy chips ameliorate the anxiety a bit somehow. OK, that’s a fallacy but it feels that way to me. As soon as I finish my work for this evening, I’m hitting the tread mill. I’m also going spend some time reading Jennifer Scott’s Guide to Preventing Holiday Weight Gain. ~ Kimberly
