Living in Elation and Depression

The effort of selling my mother's house after her death and looking for a new house caused mood switches between depression and elation. I was excited and happy, even euphoric, while house hunting, but deeply depressed the rest of the time. It was very confusing. Living in Elation and Depression, from my "I'm Bipolar Journal."
