Suicide Hotlines for US, Canada and International

Befrienders WorldWide
The Befrienders Worldwide site, now maintained by Samaritans, has member centres in literally dozens of countries.

Suicide Hotlines
Lists of suicide hotlines for each of the states. It is frustrating to have to scroll down a long way to get to the state links, but KEEP SCROLLING. Suggestion: When you get to your state's page, search for your area code.

The Samaritans - UK
A support group available around the clock for those in emotional crisis or suicidal. They are based in the U.K. and have local branches in literally dozens of towns in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
