This tip works for people with busy schedules or those who are in poor shape starting out. If you can't find a single block of time to exercise, or you haven't the stamina to exercise for 15 minutes at a time or more, break up your workout into bits and spread it through the day. Walk 5 minutes, 3 times a day. Walk up and down the office stairs a few times. Be creative! - Recipe of the Week!
