Definition:
Conduct Disorder is a mental illness affecting children and adolescents. It is characterized by aggression to people or animals, property destruction, lying or theft, and serious rule violations. Violent behavior and violation of the rights of others are present.
Studies in 1995 showed a fairly high rate of comorbidity between conduct disorder and bipolar disorder, leading to the conclusion that conduct disorder may be a symptom of early-onset bipolar disorder.
