Discussion Groups

There are many online communities, some with special focuses, that offer discussion groups often via listservs where you can go to find support and information for bipolar disorder (manic depression). These discussion groups also allow you to share your experience with others.
Bipolar_Campfire
Bipolar_Campfire is a free, primarily unrestricted, and totally unmoderated list. It's manned by a two-person team of people, each diagnosed with their own version of Bipolar Disorder. As list members, we're here to talk, support, babble, vent, share, laugh, cry, love, and live.
bipolar KIDS
This page has been developed to educate and support parents, guardians, doctors, teachers, and those who live with childhood bipolar in their lives. If you would like to join this listserv for parents of bipolar children please write them at smtomie@bpparent.org.

This list is for parents with Bipolar Disorder (manic depressive illness), parents who have children diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, or Bipolar parents raising Bipolar children.
BPrayer
BPrayer is a Yahoo Groups mailing list for those whose loved ones suffer from Bipolar Affective Disorder, but who are not themselves Bipolar. In addition to sharing information regarding medical treatment, we help one another place our trust in the spiritual power available to us and our loved ones through the Holy Spirit, the Word of God, and the support of God's people.
BPSO Mailing List Subscription
BPSO is a private, closed and unmoderated internet mailing list for people who are trying to preserve a loving relationship with someone suffering from bipolar affective disorder (manic-depression).
FyrenIyce
Let me extend to you a warm invitation to read and learn about the virtual community of FyrenIyce. Members are 'normality-challenged', mentally ill, crazy, eccentric etc. It matters not how we label it, bipolar people are a bit different. The goal here is to learn about the disorder, to develop constructive ways to deal with it, and to provide support for all who are affected by it.
Pendulum
Pendulum is an on-line support group for Manic-Depressives. You can subscribe to Pendulum from this link.
