Was "Wonderland" Offensive?

BUT - if this show had a catastrophic effect on those who now have mental illnesses, then it was dangerous. Had Wonderland remained on the air, there had to continue to be strong content showing hope for patients. There had to be balance showing that people with mental illnesses can lead productive lives. (It appears that Dr. Matthews himself is meant to be such a person, but I didn't get this message - I read about it elsewhere.)

To me, the most offensive thing about Wonderland was its title. I know it was supposed to be ironic - but it just sounded flippant.
