Meet Skiinglab26

Volunteer Forum Host

Skiinglab26, affectionately known as Ski, has been an active member of our Forums since February 2003. She joined our community at age eighteen shortly after she was diagnosed. In March 2009, we asked Ski if she would consider taking on the role of Forum Host. After six years as a dedicated, caring member of this community, Ski was more than happy to join the hosting team.

Ski has made it a goal to help those in need with self-injury (SI), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other bipolar disorder related issues. As with all members of our hosting team, she bounces around the Forums offering direction and encouragement, but she gives special attention to the Under 30 folder on the Main Forum. She also works with Tempest to be sure all posts in the Complications Forum receive responses.
