Lakeaz, a member of our Forums, shared information regarding a report published in the September issue of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics by a group of investigators with the University of Barcelona, which suggests that cognitive deficits may occur in bipolar disorder. In clinical practice, bipolar patients complain of cognitive deficits such as attention difficulties or memory disturbances. The main aim of this study was to determine whether subjective cognitive complaints were associated with objective neuropsychological impairments. Review the Full Report
