Children are usually considered inherent explorers. They tend to be curious and resilient so we often overlook the fact that they too can experience serious and sometimes debilitating anxiety. Yes, children can get anxious too! And, when a child’s normal functioning and involvement in activities begins to be compromised by excessive worries, their parents and family feel the strain as well.
