Anxiolytics are drugs used to relieve anxiety or prevent anxiety attacks. The most common anti-anxiety medications include:
  • Ativan / lorazepam
  • Dalmane / flurazepam
  • Halcion / triazolam
  • Klonopin / Rivotril / clonazepam
  • Librium / chlordiazepoxide
  • Serax / oxazepam
  • Valium / diazepam
  • Xanax / alprazolam
